Her experience includes disciplinary and dismissal processes, workplace investigations, PAIA and information-governance matters, stakeholder engagement, policy analysis and complex institutional disputes.

Her work within governance and policy structures provides a practical understanding of workplace accommodation, regulatory compliance, reputational risk and the constitutional and statutory obligations affecting both organisations and individuals.
